It’s important to the Hyndburn Advice Network that everyone can get the support they need.
We provide specific help to Clients to overcome any barriers to accessing our services.
If English is not your first language we will try to arrange appointments with assessors or advisers who speak:
Urdu, Punjabi, Bengali, Gujarati, Pushto, Italian
If you have a hearing impairment, there are a number of signed videos you can access via the Citizens Advice service website.
If you are disabled and unable to access our service in person, you can telephone our Adviceline on 03444 889 622 for an assessment and in exceptional circumstances we may be able to offer a home visit.
